Day 5. Red Apple Falls by Smog. From 1997. Again the photos don't do the cover justice especially when you see the vinyl cover. Intricate artwork and more gold lettering. Amazing album cover and album....

Day 4. Gold by Alabaster dePlume. All the International Anthem albums have great artwork and are beautifully presented - but this is really special. Gold embossed and with impressive gatefold art. Photos don't quite do it justice- fantastic album too - buy it on vinyl!

Day 3. (A bit late!). Geschenk des Augenblicks – Gift of the Moment by Hans-Joachim Roedelius. Co-founder of Cluster and Harmonia. Love the simplicity of this album cover

Day 2. Spirit of Eden
Great distinctive cover art by James Marsh who did all of the Talk Talk covers I think. Possibly the greatest album of the 1980s?!!

Amazing cover art, distinctly Japanese but futuristic, like a Bladerunner billboard with music to match.
La Femme Chinoise is an amazing piece, as are most of the tracks which must have been painstakingly sequenced using 1978 technology
