Welp. Starting the new year with some recurring health issues again. Meaning at least a week of pain and a very restricted diet. Since this internal issue is happening more frequently, despite following all medical advice, it's becoming clear that surgery is the next step I’ll be needing to face.

I use bluesky differently now and I really like it. I turned off reposts on my main feed and just see posts and replies from people I follow, instead of using the OnlyPosts feed (doesn't show replies).
And I'm using the "Fresh: Only Reposts" feed to browse through reposts separately. Can recommend!
