Learned and played Black Rose Wars: Rebirth for the first time...
First impressions:
- rules are not too complex, but the rulebook is lacking...
- I see the potential, but not really as a 2p game 🥴

Ahh finally...🤩 I mean, I am not complaining, Galactic Cruise was fulfilled quite quickly, but we were both excited to play it again after covering the prototype last year. I might already have my board game of the year 😁🤭🤭🤭

Recently played Marrakesh. It's quite nice but I find it very disturbing how the first player gets all the good stuff in the first rounds. It balances itself out in the end, but the start is slow 🫠

Recently played Marrakesh. It's quite nice but I find it very disturbing how the first player gets all the good stuff in the first rounds. It balances itself out in the end, but the start is slow 🫠

So we pulled the trigger in the second campaign after resisting it the first time around. Is this the perfect edition? The artwork is definitely superb, but I wish they would have made it a bit "smaller". It comes in a huge coffin and shelf space is at premium. 😑 #boardgames #boardgamesky

We just tried Wondrous Creatures yesterday! I heard good things about it, so I was really curious. When learning the rules I was like, ok, it's nothing I haven't seen before... Which might be true, but oh boy, it was such a fun experience, I am craving for more! 🤩

Not playing 🌬️ Spirit Island for a long time feels like a crime. But we recently rectified that, also trying out the expansion Nature Incarnate for the first time! 😉 The game is a mechanical and thematic masterpiece. Undoubtedly one of the top 3 co-op games ever made. ☺️
