Another mugging in Northwest DC. 13th and Kennedy Streets. Around 6pm. It’s believed these are the same teenagers who’ve been terrorizing the neighborhood for weeks. We’re told the man’s wallet and cell phone were stolen and he was clearly assaulted. @fox5dc @DCPoliceDept
