City Council is spending your taxpayer dollars on Facebook ads in a petty attempt to maintain their ability to block housing.
Doesn’t NYC still have pretty strong office leasing, esp in newer class A? Obv worse than pre-2020. Conversions appear to be happening as a form of filtering of older, less desirable office to housing. So you get some more 24-hour residents in an area with plenty of office— seems okay?
