Lost one of my broadcast partners yesterday.
Phil Dobbs was in the booth with me calling Wisconsin prep football games for many years. What a privilege it was to watch him paint the picture of the game he successfully coached and loved.
A tremendous storyteller too.

What the hell were you doing during all that time? Huddle up on the sidelines, have the play called. Every play was a confused fire drill with numbing results...
