Dinner at #Michelin 2-star restaurant Silvio Nickol, #Vienna. What an amazing experience. 9 courses of just delicious, beautiful, perfectly executed dishes. Being alcohol free, the mixologist made us drinks on themes we requested. The standout dish for me had to be the "carbonara" deconstructed.

Last day in #Austria before heading home! After our wonderful dinner last night at Silvio Nickol, we just did a whirlwind tour of Viennese architecture. Saw the St Stephen's Cathedral and the Hofburg. Had a snack in the Kunsthistorisches Museum and then finished off the day with one last #donerkebab

Another day of exploring #Austria and the Salzkammergut. Today was visiting Hallstatt which is like something pulled out of a fairy tale. Beautiful architecture nestled on a beautiful lake. Ended the day with dinner at St Peters Stiftkulinarium. Yum!

Another beautiful day in #Austria, exploring the Salzkammergut. This beautiful collection of towns sits amid the mountains and lakes on the edge of the Alps. Beautiful day to drive and found one really fun road. Traunsee, Attersee, and Mondsee today. Most of the rest tomorrow!

Another day another city. #Innsbruck! Quick trip on our way to Salzburg. I didn't realize how this town was set in a valley with mountains on all sides. Perfect weather to see it all today too! Check the (almost) 360º view from the Cafe 360º.

First and only real "tourist" day. Day trip to visit the Linderhof Palace and Neuschwanstein Castle! Long day but some crazy and beautiful architecture.

For dinner we got one of the best traditional Bavarian dinners in #Munich at Xaver's. Great schnitzel, the first of many on this trip. Prost!

#Food diary day 1: flew from SJO to BNA. When I landed I ordered online and went straight to Five Points #Pizza in #Nashville. Been missing good NY pizza and this was the real deal! 18" gives me leftovers for the week!

First attempt at crusty #bread. Mixed a poolish (Sourfaux) last night and did the rest of mix and rise this morning. Don't have a Dutch oven so used the steam method and it worked great! Got caught up making lunch so let it go just a tad long. Half is already gone into my belly.

Hard to find good #ChineseFood in Costa Rica. So I had to visit my favorite place in #Cincinnati. Kung Food's Amerasia. Dragon's Breath Wontons and Traditional Kung Pow is my go-to here. Love those dried chilis! Plus double fortune!

Food diary starts now. Trip to the #USA starting in #TN. After some later McD's in the airport (guilty pleasure, also McD's isn't the same in #CostaRica, so maybe CR outlawed all the good but terrible-for-you stuff?), breakfast in #Murfreesboro at Maple Biscuit Company. Delicious! Would recommend.
