Caruso in concussion protocol. He got smacked hard by Steven Adams. JDub is out with injury since preseason. I don’t think this is load management.

I like Freeman’s story but he didn’t quite look like an NBA player to me last year.

I think it’s more about the other side of the court where Jarace is more likely to commit turnovers and turnovers are death in the playoffs.

He’s doing it because his job is on the line. Robinsons effectiveness goes waaaayy down after 20 minutes. He got gassed in game 2. His super power is extreme effort to rebound the ball and he hasn’t shown he can keep that up for a full game. Only Rodman was capable of that.

The problem with foul baiting is it leads to more and more iso plays. Cavs definitely fell into that trap.

Appreciate the outside perspective but a whole podcast where they just complain about officials and injuries was a lot to take. Just some feedback. Appreciate Xs and Os discussions from fans of opposing teams though.

And he played 40.5 minutes. Thibs doesn’t care about the long term.

We’re going to need Ty to be “that guy” to make it through this series.

He’s so scared of making mistakes that he makes mistakes.

It’s official. We have a bench problem. They’re soooo much worse than last year. Good news is that the playoffs will require fewer bench minutes but they’ve been bad. Can’t convince me that getting Walker some bench minutes throughout the end of the season won’t be useful.

Revenue is the total income. How much did they spend to create/purchase the content and how much does it cost to run the business?

You’re missing another side of this equation

I know Toppin has been good in the past but he gets so much more leeway to be terrible defensively than Walker and has way less upside.

He called out @caitlinmaycooper.bsky.social can’t wait to see those shot quality numbers. 🤔

@tonyreast.bsky.social any idea if he will play today for Mad Ants?

We have to clear some rotation minutes for him. I’m not a fan of Mathurins fit with this team and at this point would rather see Walker and Nesmith getting those minutes with Shepp backing up Nembhard.

If Furphy slumping or just taking bad shots? His 3P % is troubling as that’s supposed to be his top skill.

Yeah and against one of the best defenders in the league. Was clear they were making everyone but Tyrese beat them so pacers could play 4v4. I dare them to go look up some Reggie box scores, you’ll find some clunkers there too.

He also point blank missed a ton of wide open shots last night both right at the rim and also around the free throw line. He had two wide open 5-8 foot shots with no one close that he just plain missed.

Seems like he’s rushing and overthinking.

However I was pleased that he took some open C&S

You know how many times I tried to wipe that brown mark off of my screen?
December 27, 2024 at 6:11 PM
Mathurin yes. Walker no. Walker is progressing, Mathurin is regressing. I think the whole team dislikes Mathurin. I’m honestly not sure why he’s still playing, everything works better when he’s off the court.

Considering my daughter wants to marry him we may be co-parenting. She’s half Canadian on her mother’s side (she’s also currently training with the women’s Canadian national program in Vancouver at 17yo). Maybe they’ll meet in the Olympic village one day. :)
