I'm so bummed that they're canceling Lower Decks. As a lifelong Star Trek fan, it's so much fun to watch a show that references the endless amounts of useless information in my head, but also retains the spirit and essence of what makes any Star Trek show good.

Found a cool old press bio inside the John Hiatt album I bought yesterday. Love a good record surprise! There’s been quite a few neat finds over the years. People tuck all kinds of things in with their vinyl.

Gladiator 2: Excess and indulgence galore... but still fun if you're willing to go along with the ride. It really feels like there was a pretty great movie in there somewhere, and Denzel gives a fantastic performance, but the movie literally jumps the shark(s) about halfway through.
