Congressional leaders are supposed to be.... LEADERS. They can move public opinion, at the very least amongst their party, if they are consistent and strong in messaging.

If elected Dems have as little formal power as you say (the govt shutdown capitulation hardly a day after great election results is at Schumer’s feet), then they should be in Minnesota right now joining the protestors and bringing more attention to the atrocities.

Maybe 600 for Minneapolis proper. There’s way more police across the metro area than there are ICE agents. The police aren’t outnumbered, lol.

Because it’s where the money is, still. I’m glad that you enjoy the Sequel era, and I definitely don’t begrudge any storytelling they want to do there, but the OT and Prequel eras are where the public is.
