I am with her everyday and her struggles are excruciating for me. She's been so strong for my whole 65 yrs...

Well your characterization of a trifecta is seriously misguided. A true trifecta would include a 60 vote majority in the Senate. Without that requires compromise. The same applied to the original passage of ACA. The goal was Medicare Option. It couldn't pass, thus the ACA as we have it.
