no bc this happens to me too!! except once I’ve spoken about an idea and gotten all excited, I get so overwhelmed that I lose motivation to work on it… that’s why I try not to talk to much about fic ideas, but it kills me every time my ideas are relevant to a convo and I have to hold back 😭

okay here it is!!! I haven’t really watched any of the movies (I don’t do well with photo-realistic gore), but I was marathoning a bunch of saw trap tierlists and that inspired this lol
A screenshot of a text document. It reads: Vander goes first. In front of him are Silco and an enforcer, restrained in two separate glass cells. Silco is doing his best to seem only mildly inconvenienced by this, he is definitely NOT scared. They’re both intubated, and the breathing tubes are connected to a pipe that goes between the two cells. There’s some kind of mechanism with the junction of the pipe where the two meet that’s a seesaw, and pushing one end up sends the contents of the pipe to one side while opening the other pipe up to fresh air. The underside of the pipe is covered in spikes (get blood on your hands figuratively and literally…), and not lifting either end sends the contents of the pipe to both sides. The tape says smth about inaction or whatever, and then says “piltover or zaun, make your choice” and water starts flowing down the pipe. Because Vander is NOT about to drown silco a second time, he runs up and stabs his hands to push the pipe up and send all the water to the enforcer. Once the enforcer drowns, the water stops and he can let go. Oh also this whole time Vander has had some kind of trap on his chest, but it hasn’t been active. A screenshot of a text document. It reads: Silco is released from the restraints, still trapped in the glass cell. There’s a knife (maybe a whole box of surgical tools?) in there with him. The tape says smth about forgiveness and how Vander just saved him, and if he’s willing to make a sacrifice in return. He has to cut out one of his eyes, making a choice which one to remove (or maybe it has to be the mutated one. or also maybe it doesn’t have to be an eye specifically but just the whole pound of flesh trap concept where it has to be a certain amount of weight and the mutated eye is denser than a normal eye). The trap on Vander’s chest activates, and in sixty seconds it will… uhh idk stab his heart with a lethal dose of shimmer or smth, I haven’t thought that part out. Anyway Silco is just like: man. Goddamnit. The things I do for this fucking idiot. And then he pops the mutated eye out of its socket (Vander is NOT thrilled to see him do that) grabs the knife, pulls the connecting nerves and tissue taught, and cuts at it. His legs give out before he can get all the way through and he drops the knife and almost collapses but catches himself on the table the knife was on. He takes a deep breath, grits his teeth, picks the knife back up, stands, and finishes the cut. (Vander is extra not thrilled to see this). Anyway he finishes in like half the time limit and is like “…was that all?” (don’t be fooled if he lets go of his death grip on that table he is GOING to pass tf out)
