Agreed to the point but as a US fan that lived in Toronto for a dozen years (and wishes he were still there)….there is something extra special about the rivalry. US has been the underdog for most of the time and it’s good to experience the passion.

Remember the early 80’s….. it was a PR masterclass in how the company responded to the lacing of their product on consumer shelves. I think they will be just fine and will use legal means to refute these ridiculous claims and extract justice.

Pay no attention to the gray meat crowd…..there is no better way to prepare a ribeye than via sous vide. 129 degrees for one hour and then a quick sear for a minute or two on both sides and your steak is perfect. Medium rare all the way through with a sear crust….presentation and taste is great. 🤯

Yep…..understandably they have minimal assets due to the subpar wages society attributes to the job. We need professionals/retirees with appropriate experience to run this type of curriculum (for free or minimal cost)but it’s difficult to get schools to agree 🤷♂️
