I simply won’t. When I was younger, I was quick to anger and I let everything out my mouth - and I knew it was wrong. But years of growth, self awareness and accountability - I refuse to take steps back.

I find comfort in being able to listen and talk things through.

I also take note of if I’m being heard and understood or purposely misunderstood. I’m a professional listener and I listen to understand - but I utilize logic and then emotions. My objective is to end with a resolve.
