Congress can do it. Right now, individual states are doing it by splitting their electoral votes by popular vote instead of winner takes all. Every state would have to do that and red states won’t.

This made me think about why it is really powerful to stand up and turn your back on a speaker who is lying and saying immoral horrible things. Just turn your back to them and be silent and let their words hang in the air.

THIS does not show his mental illness. This is just him working for Putin. Telling the Norwegian leader that he’s targeting Greenland because he didn’t get an award he didn’t earn and wouldn’t have gotten from the COUNTRY of Norway anyway shows his mental illness.
