Even elevation matters-lost potential can't be recovered—and what happens to water after use matters. (You could literally change weather patterns through evapotranspiration and runoff doesn't wholly disappeared from downstream usenif it perolates through the ground.

Landowners and water rights holders are politically powerful, insitutions and the law favor them. It's sort of like you a lot aoput the water needs of lettuce and almonds, but little about irrigated pasture.

I find it more amusing than anything else, otherwise there's like two users who keep adding and removing me from their lists and it's inadvertently good way of keeping track of couple of malign members of the community.

Imo pluralistic ignorance and related phenomena are key, for political import it's just as important for audience members to learn that they're not alone as it os to persuade.

My hot take is that romance is underwritten and there are too many options which begets romance mechanics which begets manipulative vibes.
