My big boy is kinda barfy and after he does it once it's sometimes hard to make it stop. The empty stomach gets overly acidic and causes heartburn or he accidentally overeats if given too much too soon. Start slowly with treat paste and wet food. Meds for nausea have also been huge help for us.

Once my coworker asked me to draw a bicycle from memory. That was HARD! With horses you kinda automatically attach the limbs to the body, but people generally struggle with drawing bicycles where the parts are actually connected.

Reading that therapists statement made me squint with cofusion for like two minutes. Even if drastic change wasn't possible (and it is possible), wouldn't it be a good idea to work out anyway. And little improvement is better than none.
