You can play through the campaigns with friends, it's a lot of fun. I would recommend giving them a shot since most old school RPGs are so much fun. planescape torment is another classic.

Have you played the other Baldur's gate games? Icewind Dale is pretty fun.

I always find the changes that happen during localization really interesting, if not completely unnecessary. Good work.
