I’d say this is pretty inaccurate. IRS employees do have the knowledge and desire, however we’re taxed with enforcing the laws set by congress. And, sadly those laws favor the rich right now. If there was a bit more transparency about how the service works maybe it wouldn’t be so despised.

This is so real! My s/o and I just told each other that it doesn’t matter how bad our pics are, if we need them for this reason we’re sure to look much worse.
