If these few games against non-playoff teams do not go the #Flames' way and playoff odds are looking worse than they are now, the idea of adding at the deadline becomes even more obscene than it may already be.

IMO, depending on return, this is the type of trade Conroy should consider regardless of playoff odds. Build for the future no matter what. As a bonus: Cooley is available.

I’d be complaining about that call for sure. Absolutely zero impact on the play, no precedent, and in OT. By the rulebook, maybe it was illegal, but 100% that call would rattle me if I was competing in the NHL.
