Dating apps are just kinda like that. Of all my long term relationships, only one came from an app and it was bumble (a nerd). Most I’ve honestly met through school or work. Honestly, you’ll probably find someone when you aren’t looking.

Best advice I can give is to not go seeking people out solely on that hobby. I’ve dated both nerd and non nerd. Any hobby or interest you can connect with as long as you aren’t shamed for having that kind of hobby is the best way to go imo.
