When u see something wrong in others & are distressed by it remember that it is wrong in u when u are right inwardly, all things are right, for u see everything as a part of God. U then accept all things as they are without judgment & look with kindness & sympathy on everyone no matter how foolish.

Quiet time to reflect with my higher power at sunrise . Praying for love and compassion to cover us all. And for those who dwell in darkness to come into light . The world is in crisis . But up here at the top of my valley home there is peace and connection. I could have stayed there all day.
