They make different varieties of shock collars and vibration collars, but one necessary component of shock collars is they require prongs to send electricity. If you have to speculate that he sawed off the prongs, not only have you tipped off the edge of occam's razor, it also wouldn't function

See i found it less dark than the first season. I like that fuches became the raven, that was fun character development, but I feel like hank went backwards and it was less dark than just disappointing and left me divested in their whole feud
