Missed the deadline this year, but that means that I'll have plenty of time to finish my Git themed dating simulator.

Really liked the advice at the end to make your accomplishments known.

In the past I've tried keeping a daily journal of tasks and accomplishments and it made end of year reviews so easy. I got out of the habit and I really had to think about how I spent my year.

I have to do better next year!

I really liked the last bit of this session, some really concise and excellent career advice from the panelists.

I really liked his question about "How long would it take a non developer to fix a typo?"

I feel like that kind of question should be asked more often when designing protective processes.

The funny thing about AoC is that when you're working on part 1, there's sometimes a few reasonable approaches, and sometimes part 2 makes you really regret your choices in part 1.

It really would have helped me to have the values at each row in the example problem, but I guess that's part of the challenge, to replicate the test case as a start.

What is here was dangerous and repulsive to us. This message is a warning about danger.

It's not an absurd idea, but I think if it worked, it'd be pretty easy to prove it, especially if it's 87% confident in its claims.
(it doesn't work)
