So sad to hear about Peter David passing away :((

His Marvel titles (more than a thousand ones!) were some of my favorite for many years, especially his Hulk and notably Future Imperfect, his Captain Marvel and his X-Factor (the Madrox period).

Yes it is possible in some cases to obtain a PhD by assembling a series of coherent papers (in French this is called a "thèse sur travaux"), but I don't know much more myself!

La fabrique de la loi est déréglée : textes mal écrits, dispositions inconstitutionnelles, procédure illisible ...
Pour Le Monde, j'ai essayé de comprendre pourquoi, alors que moins de lois sont adoptées, elles le sont dans des conditions très dégradées.

En commission, nous avions voté la suppression du HCERES. Des milliers de chercheurs se mobilisent pour défendre la liberté académique menacée notamment par cette agence.

Le PS propose un amendement pour sauver le HCERES sans m’avertir !
