It often always helps having others to remind you of this stuff too haha ^^;

I struggle with this myself. But if I see myself falling behind everyone, it's often better to stop and assess what you can change to improve, instead of trying to power through out of sheer stress.

Sometimes stress is good for a final burst of motivation on a project. But it's never sustainable.

On a more practical level, I've also found managing workloads to be the most important factor for success.

You have to find a system that works for you, and frequently remind yourself to stick to it, since it's always very easy to spiral out of control and fall back into bad habits.

ooh, this is always present in my case, but I think that's fairly normal with most people in creative fields.

For me at least, I always have to make sure the passion outweighs the stress. For as scary college can be, it offers so many opportunities you wouldn't be able to take without that plunge~

Praying that I can find a restock of blackbolt/whiteflare while everyone is distracted by the mega charizard when this releases... 🥲

Honestly, reading all the new lore is my favorite part of every season release, considering how good the writing can be. It's why I love collecting all the grimoire anthologies as they release haha

I suppose expecting some to read themselves is too much for some people 😕
