Great first day at the CILIP Conference. Interesting discussions around advocacy, response to ethical challenges and branding/marketing. Stand out talk was by Rebecca Lawrence, CEO of the BL. A talk about leadership that was inspiring and personal and could only have come from a woman. #CILIPConf25

At the #Eurolis Seminar 2024 exploring the subject of Gender Equality in children’s literature. Has been a really thought-provoking day with examples of good and bad practice across Europe.
