Why not, so is every other Trump cabinet member and most big campaign donors. The GOP will stand by and protect all of them partially by confirming them to government jobs.

Even if house impeached senate would never convict and remove. Just like the military won't uphold its oath to defend against domestic enemies. Time to study the declaration of independence, American and French revolutions just as starting points.

Not sure that's entirely true. People convicted of embezzlement and other financial crimes usually can't be employed as say a stockbroker. So if your crime is election fraud maybe you don't get to vote or participate in elections. Yes, felons should not be politicians and most crimes still vote .

No one outside of military should have or needs a high capacity ammo magazine. Even most NRA members support this idea.

Yes if the president is removed for treason the entire administration is removed according to the constitution. Unfortunately that document is no longer used or defended in the US by this administration or thr the US Supreme Court or the congress. But yes the wording is true and correct.

The US is not a democracy. It is a dictatorship that Congress allows, US Supreme Court enables, and the military won't defend it's citizens against. If you are not in US please ask your government to respond appropriately.

Yes. However, it would be better for NATO members, UN, EU, Vatican, etc. to call for immediate regime change and impose crippling sanctions. No more American products welcomed in the rest of the world. Everyday the world and US military approve of the US having a dictator by their silence.

OK but how do you make that happen? Lawsuit? Court Order? Defend state and local authorities when they arrest these thugs, hold without bail, and prosecute. We have a dictator in the presidency please act accordingly.
