Speaking of audiobooks, I’ve recently discovered the Hidden Legacy series by Ilona Andrews, and I’m obsessed.

I finished the series then immediately restarted it when I couldn’t find anything to read that hit the same urban fantasy, slow-burn romance vibes. It’s just so damn good

Here’s what I can’t understand about Audible’s push to listen at 1X speed:

The faster we listen, the sooner we’re looking for a new book to listen to.

Doesn’t that benefit them more? More audiobooks = more money for them
