This is really random, but it’s become a red flag for me when a person says “oh that’s not real (insert music genre here).” Like who are you to gate keep when that genre isn’t even “pure” to begin with?? Music is constantly borrowing from each other and evolving, nothing “pure” about it

I spent today learning about global health at Tumaini Global Health's program at Depauw University. It fired me up to head to Washington D.C. on Tuesday to make the case for robust funding for human health both at home and abroad. Can't wait to see hundreds of TB Fighters on Capitol Hill!
