I never realized how bad it would hurt not hearing from my oldest best friend on my bday. 30 yrs. Every yr for 29 yrs, we wished each other happy birthday or went out & celebrated.
This yr, year 30, I didn't hear from her at all & that hurts way more than I thought it ever would.

I got to spend a few days with my longest bestie (30 yrs!).
Our relationship is so fragile right now because of politics, & we spent the entire time avoiding that topic so we could have a nice visit.
I hope she wakes up to what's going on soon, especially since she's a teacher.

Being able to commandeer adult pull-ups when I've come down with a cough that has me coughing so hard my bladder gives.
Fuck trying use pads, this is so much easier 😆
