Just finished up a D&D session.
We found out that our DM replaced one of our players with a doppleganger SIX MONTHS AGO, and this player has been playing with a different character sheet, secretly gaslighting, influencing us, and sabotaging the party at every turn. wtf.

Okay so we’re only a week-ish in. BUT. My house has never been cleaner, I don’t feel overwhelmed, and I’ve been exercising more and being better at making work lunches the day before etc.
Been trying out some of the tips in this book.
Gotta say, reframing self-care and cleaning tasks as a kindness to my future self has got me very motivated.
