I always come back
Not suppressing my feelings anymore. Vulnerability is not a sign of weakness, it’s a side of positive masculinity that so many try to hide.

Sharing small moments/wins with those that make you happy can sustain me for a lifetime.

A new month means new beginnings. A gentle reminder of all that was and all that will be. As we draw near to the close of year, new chapters emerge and the pages turn. You shouldn’t stay fixated on one aspect of your narrative…the story isn’t finished yet.

Lessons from reflection.

Week 1 :

I have never been happier. Sometimes the best course forward is to loosen the ties from the past. Change is good…and to be afraid instead of embracing the ever changing chaos of the world only leads us to fear and uncertainty. Take a step back. You’ll be ok.

To step free at last, minuscule on the gigantic plateau—
This was our ambition: to be small and clear and free.
