Ate more because I went on a long bike ride. You’ll notice that even though this week I’m still on calorie deficit my meals aren’t balaced it’s simply because I have no money and sometimes I gotta do with what I have left in the cupboard. It is what it is.

Ate fruits for breakfast.

Had Burger King for lunch.

And an Ice cream for dinner.

Needed it. No guilt, no regrets, no frustration, just a break we all need it sometimes.

And tomorrow I’ll go back to my usual diet.
