My man, a photograph as the header on an article referencing a current event should likely have a photo from the actual current event. Especially in today’s charged environment, and when nothing stops them from using the photo elsewhere.

That photo without explanation and in this context on the social media blasts, in context, leads to the easy inference it is a current photo.

They didn’t have any burning buildings from peaceful protests now, so they had to go back 30 years to frame it how they want.

Dunno man, seems a little misleading to write an article about Trump describing activity in Portland and Chicago as “insurrection” with a 33 year old photo of a burning donut shop taken in the 1992 LA Riots (sans caption explaining that) as the header on all your posts about it.

Warner Discovery is stopping the CNN Max livestream on HBO Max because they want to create a CNN streaming app.

They vastly overestimate my desire to watch CNN. It became my morning news only because it was included on Max.

In that case there was a TRO saying “Yeah you can’t have X Company (one of those forensic companies after the 2020 election trying to prove it was rigged) inspect voting machines while this is pending.” And the county did the “Well you said X COMPANY not Y COMPANY, so…”

Did not end well for them.

She was VERY unhappy. She flat out asked the lawyer for the Trump Administration: "You are an officer of the Court, and my order [from yesterday] dealt with conditions in Portland, so are you trying to circumvent my order?"
