Nobody stole their land. Most of Mandatory Palestine wasn't privately owned, the first Arab Israeli war didn't start due to Jewish violence but due to Arab violence and apartheid stands for segregation of citizens on grounds of race/ethnicity - Palestinian aren't & don't long to be Israeli citizens.

Confirmed by whom? The Palestine Arab Congress of 1919 and 1920 literally concluded with a resolution stating that a Palestinian people has never existed.

If I recall correctly, May 15 of 1948 came before May 11 of 1949.
Israel did have every right to claim the entirety of formerly Mandatory Palestine as its own between the two dates, seeing as a Palestinian sovereignty was only proclaimed four months after Israel was.
