Hmm… an anarchist speaking about an acceptable hierarchy and authority seems counterintuitive. However, I often wonder if I’m an anarchist myself. Maybe it’s cooperative anarchy where no individual has primacy, yet all individuals have primacy. That takes hierarchy to achieve or you get Mad Max.

SCOTUS is stuck at the 1869 number of circuits (9). Supreme Court Justices were required to “ride circuit” early on, but there are 13 circuits today with no increase in SCOTUS judges.

That would be the opposite undesirable extreme, of course. Nobody owns anything, which means the government owns everything. Ironic that this is the trajectory of the billionaire governing class where they own everything and everyone else is a slave. Billionaires will isolate in their Network State.

That’s why this form of Democracy is called the “worst system in the world except for all the others”. Any future Constitutional amendments need to address the shadow government of billionaires. The Great Depression took care of the last robber barons. Something more permanent is needed this time.

They included ways for everyone to become an owner, but the implementation was always incomplete. It’s ironic that slave owners wrote about how to be free. They knew that detail needed to be resolved, but they couldn’t work through economic reality of the day. Everyone downstream made a mess of it.

That has always been the great irony of the U.S., but they wrote the Constitution with idealism against a King. Now, there are too many competing factions with their own interpretation of what “Liberty” means, and all of them involve getting rid of the other factions. None of this will end well.

Yes. But that’s why everyone is upset with Schumer and Jeffries. They’re not overcompensating enough and are seen as ineffective. The U.S. already has an instruction manual on how to run the country; the Constitution. Removing people who run afoul of it is all that’s needed. That’s the fight.

This fits one of my fascinations about labeling political impulse, where the far left and the far right are nearly indistinguishable. It really is a horseshoe. The only choice we have is which tyranny to tolerate. Asking Trump for Venezuelan regime change looks like pure irony to me.

This needs scrutiny. The Orinoco Tribune is questionable due to its consistently low factually, selective sourcing, vicious propaganda, publishing of hoaxes/disinformation, and conspiracy theories against the U.S. using Chavista perspectives (Hugo Chavez supporters).

But sometimes they’re right.

I agree with this, Amy. Don’t present the notion as a question. Present it as a statement of fact and outline the consequences for such behavior as a prediction to be carried out in short order.

It’s adorable these traitors think there’s a fierce fight going on with invisible terrorists. They don’t know what they’re about to unleash. I watched it happen in my high school years. Push a population too hard, and you get the SDS and The Weathermen. Then the fun begins. The regime will lose.
