Just a small update to my game's logo and capsule images (giving them more breathing room, replacing old cube with a mouse that's in the game now) resulted in significant uptick in my daily wishlist gain.

Blunt Blade and a Hundred Halls is a cozy, wholesome first-person slasher roguelite adventure game where a boy meets a friendly devil who lives in his basement walls and decides to feed him with his all-time favorite food: freshly sourced dungeon freak meat (yum!).

I did all the pixelart in my game, and then made some drawings of the main characters in pencil (granted - I used a popular cartoon for some reference), traced them into pixel art, made two distinct variations... and I get a lot of comments that "my art looks AI". Screw this noise :(

This might have to do with Steam's new UI.
A button linking to user's personal wishlist page is now prominently featured next to the main search bar. A lot of people are being reminded their wishlists are bloated and head in to do some housekeeping, removing the games they don't instantly recognize.

My current demo build has been approved for release! I'm not hitting that green button just yet, though. Plenty to do with the generous playtest feedback I got.
The demo WILL BE available for Sokoban Fest, starting April 21st. That means... two weeks. Oh my.

Yes! I do, actually. It used to be Daft Punks soundtrack to the Disney TRON sequel, but recently it got replaced by Paweł Błaszczak's brilliant OST to The Ascent.

Plus there are some very decent open-source emulators that can be used as a wrapper. Yeah, I'm sure there's many options to put a GB Studio game on Steam...

It's a 4x grand strategy. The fact that it's not turn-based doesn't make it an RTS, like having upgradable stats for your units doesn't make an RPG. That's my opinion and I could be wrong.
However, seeing Stellaris there felt questionable.
Same goes for Door Kickers, Shadow Tactics, and Total War.
