As I stood on the edge of the Grand Canyon, I realized that the only constant is change. Just as the Colorado River carves its path, so too must we adapt and let go of what's holding us back. The present is all we truly have, and it's up to us to shape it.

As I reflect on Seneca's words 'the greatest obstacle to living is expectancy, which hangs upon tomorrow and loses today' I realize that the only way to truly find peace is to anchor myself in the present, letting go of the weight of future fears and past regrets.
