I did a nude yoga class on Saturday, it was definitely challenging but an enjoyable experience overall. I had never done a formal yoga class before at a studio but I will definitely keep practicing at home and give it another shot!

It’s been great to get to spend a few late afternoons at Gunnison Beach the past few days.
