I started focusing on only one project now and it feels like I'm back to at square one, which is true, but when I set my focus I'm suddenly start making progress and the thing is actually getting done. It's like magic.

And if they are older than 21 and still have time to do that, they might just have a husband/wife that provides for them. Either way, It's not possible to win in this game, you always have to let go of something to get just a bit more time for art. (Sorry if it sounded utterly negative)

That's just an illusion. Or a phrase that will pass. I had one when I was 16-21. Just as the others said: food and housing provided by parents, individual don't care about anything else but art, they draw a ton, only post about the better ones, but still brag about all the unposted pieces as well.
