Watching the 2015 documentary Under the Sun on Plex (obligatory #filmsky) and I'm *incredibly* annoyed at the broken subtitles. Under the Sun seems to be more of a visual showcase, but I'd like to know what the citizens of NK are saying in their (plausibly scripted) day to day

Watched Downfall and y'know what, I do in fact agree with Hitler on one thing: if *I* received a capsule of poison for my birthday, I'd probably kill myself too.

Having just watched the absolute gutwrecker that is Threads, I can't help but find myself comparing it with The Day After.
If only because The Day After is pretty much inferior in every way. It's *fine* but it's kinda pathetic that it's the film that changed Reagan with how mild it is. #filmsky

I will never show documentaries on date night ever again. It put me in such a sour mood because of how prophetic the former was, and how we're actively seeing it take root with the latter.
