Every recap I've read has missed a very subtle moment between Helly and Irv in Irv's tent. Just before she leaves, there is a long, wordless standoff where Helly's eyes give the briefest flash of rage at Irv. THAT is the moment when it's clear this isn't Helly, but Helena.
