A confounding mess of humanity just surviving and vibing. Loves music, the San Antonio Spurs, Minnesota Vikings, Aston Villa FC, other assorted odds and ends. Leftist socialist ally intolerant of intolerance. Love is love.

That's why I posted this image the other day. Chances are good trans youth will be safe in the listed states, so it might be prudent for families with trans children to move to the nearest listed city.

That guy off to the right just passively watching what's going on is chickenshit and needs to donate his gonads to Roshanak since she's the only one who has the balls to defend herself. Fuck theocracy.

You need to accept that your body has very recently sustained a lot of trauma, and part of the healing process needs to include proper pain management. It will not only keep you comfortable, it will also enable you to move around the affected area more, which will aid in the recovery period.

This is Clark Gable erasure, and also some pretty tiresome bait

DoorDash always encourages me to do a "DoubleDash" order (ordering from two different places in the same order, usually in the same path to/from my home), but I've never been shown a plea to buy one specific item. I use my phone to place orders and have an ad block app installed on it.

You're KIDDING me

I was actually Gifted But Not Talented. You'd have wanted me to tutor you but you wouldn't have wanted to hear me sing, or play a musical instrument, or act, or dance.

Just literally laughed out loud. Stand up comedians would kill for that kind of a line.

There are many music journalists I know on this site who have extensive "following" lists, and who offer truly engaging content. Sucks to know Eric Alper isn't one of those, is all.

"... and it was then that little Andy McCluskey and little Paul Humphreys knew that little Bobby Gillespie could never be their friend."

I remembered something else! I tried to get my mom into romantic standards-era Bryan Ferry, but all she did was yawn and beg for me to put something else on, which I did by playing David Sylvian's Gone to Earth. That was greeted with a loud, exasperated groan. I thought she liked crooners.

[insert requisite "Oh no, Philip Glass was banned there too?"-type comment here]

(I love Philip Glass.)

Is... is there something wrong with this person? Like, maybe she needs a therapist and perhaps also a brief vacation from social media?
