This raises the debate on democracy and a president's right to veto. 263 MPs voted in favor. In this case, the law is not "good," but if there is a veto for this, why not for everything?

It's not Zelensky, it's the Ukrainian parliament. Zelensky doesn't decide everything, he's not a dictator.
