Our team creates miniature electronic sensors based on graphene to analyze molecules with biorecognition cues, such as DNA. Our aim is to develop tools to improve cancer detection.
🧬 The PXI allows for the simultaneous measurement of all electrical contacts on our GFET chips and enables measurements using a gate electrode immersed in solution. In this case, electrical curves corresponding to buffer solutions as well as DNA strands are recorded.

Did you know ?💡
Discovered in 1991, carbon nanotubes are tubes made of carbon 😉 that can exhibit incredible properties. For example, they are great electrical conductors, which is very useful for our research on biosensors!

Did you know that graphene is a single layer of carbon atoms arranged in a honeycomb lattice? Its incredible structure makes it highly sensitive to its electrical environment, making it excellent for detection! It is also an outstanding conductor and can even be stacked to create new properties.
