(7/7) Finally, for my "Military Health Matters" column, I had the honour to interview Canadian Armed Forces veteran and all-round inspiration, Kate MacEachern of Antigonish, N.S. - my own hometown. Annie joined me for the in-person interview, again taking incredible photos.

(6/7) The hardest piece to write in the Jan. /Feb. 2026 issue was, undoubtedly, my tribute to the late, great Dr. Tim Cook of the Canadian War Museum. He may no longer be with us, but his legacy will forever endure.
