Well, he's certainly off the rails mentally. The problem is that his inner circle (Miller, Vought, Hegseth, Noem, Bondi) are manipulating him and keeping him pumped up to make these crazy decisions. They're using him to implement their crazy agenda while he focuses on retribution and stupid stuff.

The question we all must now ask is, will the U.S. military support Trump's takeover of the U.S. and other countries? Mark Kelly is right - the military should not be doing anything that is unconstitutional. So far, Trump has walked the line (barely) but the way he's talking...

He definitely does not look or sound well. His voice sounds very tired and forced, and he seems short of breath when he talks. And he's getting IV medications - the spots on his hands are from IV's. His eyes are half shut. He doesn't seem able to stand up straight. He looks to be fading pretty fast.
