Perhaps (you may have) get some Medicare pricing experts on if they agree that rates are not capable of sustaining hospitals? Medicaid, I think, is different pricing?

Resident permit parking is the allowed exception for free parking - though would expect a fee for the permits (so I guess not exactly free)

Over long term, fossil fuel pctg of energy will continue to shrink and may never hit zero but will move towards it.
