Oh yeah, I made gruel pizza. The rule was everything on the pizza with the exception of powdered spices and a little oil must be made of wheat.

Sausage is made of vital wheat gluten and the sauce is medieval-peasant-ass semolina gruel with a little nutritional yeast to render it ricotta-like

Update on the gamecube-shaped panettone: one got a pretty standard crumb and the other ended up wild!
Nintendo bricked my roommate’s switch 2 when I baked it though, should’ve seen that one coming

Was looking for the perfect object to use as a template for an improvised panettone mold. Nothing in the kitchen looked quite right, but a glance toward the retro console station proved fruitful
